Dr Rachael Zuzek

Dr Zuzek grew up in Wollongong and is passionate about providing high quality healthcare to the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and South Coast regions.

Dr Zuzek completed her undergraduate training at the University of Newcastle. She undertook her specialist physician and endocrinology training at The Wollongong Hospital, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and The Canberra Hospital. Dr Zuzek has published original articles and case reports in peer-reviewed medical journals, and abstracts at a number of Australian and international conferences. Research topics have included long-term outcomes following gestational diabetes and the spectrum of autoimmune thyroid disease.
